International Experience
"Traveling leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller."
My education has taken me to many corners in the world. I have fallen in love with experiencing new places, cultures, and lifestyles. These glimpses into my most recent travels show the diversity of my experiences, and have played a large part in becoming who I am today.

Prague, Czech Republic
I spent eight weeks during the summer of 2022 in Prague, where I participated in case study research on community gardens and urban agriculture. I explored the effectiveness of communication methods utilized by a local urban agriculture and composting organization.
Amsterdam, Netherlands
As a continuation of my research in Prague, I spent a few days in Amsterdam, gathering more information on community garden and urban agriculture communication methods via informal interviews.

Alicante, Spain
In the fall of 2019, I spent one semester studying abroad in Alicante. I took classes related to Spanish culture, history, and language, which completed requirements to earn a minor in Spanish as an undergraduate.
Multiple Locations, Ireland
In the summer of 2018, I participated in a faculty-led study abroad in Ireland. The group spent two weeks traveling to different areas of both the Republic and Northern Ireland, exploring environmental science and genealogical research.
